Our clients' are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to work within a Fund Management Team, in our Commercial Division. The focus of this role will be to provide property management expertise to a number of commercial properties/portfolios.

You will be given the opportunity to manage and develop a number of investment portfolios for some of the Firm's key clients, and you will have the potential to become involved in active asset management.

You should be degree qualified, and ideally MRICS, you will have considerable experience in property management.

An excellent communicator, you will possess strong analytical and decison making skills, and will have a good knowledge of managing service charge accounts.

A strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation is also required.
