Our clients' are currently seeking a Residential Development Surveyor to assist in the continuing growth of business across the Essex region.

The focus of this role will be to advise landowners, developers, corporate and voluntary sector clients on the acquisition and disposal of development land. You will assist in securing new instructions and delivering successful outcomes for clients.

Either MRICS or MRTPI qualified (or working towards this), you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and be a strong team player.
