Our client's are looking for a Senior Surveyor to generate and carry out profitable agency and professional instructions for clients within rural business enterprises and the rural community at large. This position will be based in Northampton.

Managing a portfolio of instructions this role is expected to develop appropriate relationships with new and existing clients, interpreting their requirements and ensuring that instructions are completed in a timely and costly manner.

Ideal candidates will be RICS qualified with proven experience of rural surveying, in particular rural enterprise and a network of clients in and around Northamptonshire.
