There are exciting opportunities to join a growing Planning and Environmental Appraisal groups based in Leamington Spa and Newcastle Upon Tyne under the title of a Senior Consultant.

Our client's require assistance in taking projects through all stages of the procurement process; a challenging role offering interest, variety and career progression to the right candidate.

Your role will include initial scoping and preparation of project proposals, defining client need and matching resources to technical requirements; client and project team management, typically working in an integrated 'partnering' environment on development projects throughout the UK, principally involving military land.

Work will include high level, strategic land use plans and site specific master plans through to more detailed option assessment studies involving individual buildings. You will also have the opportunity of both project management and technical involvement in the bid evaluation and post ITN stages of major PPP project work.

Successful candidates should be BA/BSc (Hons) educated, related to Planning, Architecture, Engineering or related disciplines.

Our clients' expect sucessful candidates to have around seven years' relevant experience including minimum of around 2 years in a consultancy role. You will have demonstrable experience in your technical field related to regeneration and development master planning ideally related to the defence estate, but perhaps also other relevant sectors. You will also be able to demonstrate a track record in project management ideally involving multi disciplinary teams.
