Our clients' are looking for a candidate who will be active in regeneration and economic development projects and be looking for an exciting role to give you the profile your capability demands.

You will take a senior position in the team under the title of an Associate Director and be based in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

You should have a BA / BArch / BSc Geography / Planning / Economics / Architecture or similar relevant degree.

You will have a background in consultancy; a developing network of public and private sector contacts within the region; and a proven record of successful business development.

You will have excellent project management and communication skills with key focus areas probably including some of: urban regeneration, economic development, town centre masterplanning, mixed use and estate masterplanning (NHS, education, MoD, other).
