Our clients' are looking for a Senior Planner to be based in their London offices.

You will have experience of dealing directly and at a high level with clients and local authorities. You will also have the ability to manage and delegate work to other staff providing clear instructions. You will be involved in a wide range of projects and so an excellent understanding of planning law and development control is essential. Some experience of informal hearings and inquiries would also be advantageous.

To have a full understanding of the above you will have a minimum of 4-5 years post qualification experience gained preferably within the private sector, an accredited planning or surveying degree/diploma and also be a full member of the RTPI or RICS (planning and development).

You will have excellent communication, business development, client and team management skills, in addition to the ability to operate in a multi-disciplinary, fast moving business environment, usually to tight and demanding deadlines.
