Our clients' are expanding to meet the demands of a growing number of clients in the commercial and renewable energy sectors. They require an Associate Director / Director to help develop work and to grow new business streams. This position will be based in County Durham.

The successful candidate will have proven experience, excellent communication skills and good inter-personal skills. They should also have strong report writing skills and be able to prepare structured planning cases.

Candidates should demonstrate a wide knowledge of most aspects of the planning system and will have good technical and some managerial experience, ideally within the private sector. They will be expected to manage complex planning projects on behalf of our broad client base which includes landowners, investors, housebuilders and retailers.
