Our clients' have a position available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to be based in London to be responsible for the successful pro-active commercial management of contracts and accurately manage and reporting on contracts.

Candidates will have 5 – 10 years experience with a recognised professional qualification and degree or equivalent.

They will have knowledge of industry conditions of contract and be experienced in negotiations and the resolution of construction contract disputes.

They should also have knowledge and experience of commercial contract management within the rail, utilities or infrastructure sectors.

They must be technically experienced in most aspects off their profession and have an understanding of the requirements for assessing and managing risk.

You should relish the opportunity and challenge of being part of a growing team who are closely involved in some of the most prestigious rail and infrastructure projects due to be delivered over the next five to ten years.
