A leading firm of engineering consultants providing a comprehensive range of services in conjunction with the built environment seeks a business development manager within their facilities management group.

You will be required to maintain existing customer relationships and by developing relationships with new clients, to further build on the FM Group’s current market penetration. You will work in close collaboration with the Director and Divisional Director, FM Group to identify and nurture opportunities to develop existing and new FM business streams in the UK, Europe and the United Arab Emirates.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing new business and profit and loss responsibility for a business unit. Furthermore you should also have operational experience of recruiting and building teams to deliver FM Consultancy.

Qualifications and background in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar is required.
