Our clients' have ambitious plans to expand the property division and are currently driving extensive new business development forward. To help do this, they are recruiting a Graduate Architect for their offices in Cumbria.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• BSc in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Experience of AutoCAD
• Experience of undertaking detailed designs

It is also desirable that they have:
• 2 years post-qualification experience in an architectural practice
• Experience of NBS Specification Manager, Sketchup, Excel, Revit
• Experience in education, health and leisure projects

The successful candidate for this role will:
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with and colleagues work as part of a team
• Ability to prioritise work under pressure and complete within deadlines
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Possess a drive for innovation and be creative
