Our clients' have ambitious plans to expand the property division and are currently driving extensive new business development forward. With this, they have decided to recruit a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for their Cumbria offices.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Support in the production of feasibility studies and estimates from minimal design information, through to detailed cost plans
• Preparation of tender documentation packages
• Contractual advice pre and post contract to other design team members and clients
• Support with settlement of final account packages

Objective qualities for successful candidates include:
• BSc Quantity Surveying
• Understanding of the construction industry and techniques
• Computer literate
• Full driving licence

The successful candidate for this role will possess the:
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with and colleagues work as part of a team
• Ability to prioritise work under pressure and complete within deadlines
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Possess a drive for innovation and be creative
