This is a unique and brand new role working with one of the worlds most dynamic and innovative organisations who are involved in a diverse range of activities across the globe.
The role is based in Luxembourg at the company's European Headquarters and will be to primarily co-ordinate and implement consistency throughout the European region including France, Germany and the UK. Managing a team of 6 Health & Safety Managers this role will implement world class safety standards across the business and will influence and liaise at board level
Of graduate calibre you will have appropriate professional qualifications, together with a demonstrable track record of success within a multi-sited organisation. Self-motivated, you will be results focused, performance driven and commercially astute with a strong team working ethos and excellent communication and networking skills that will promote and influence change and secure buy-in within the organisation.
Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Luxembourg for which a generous relocation package is available with travel throughout the region expected to be approx 30%. Previous experience in a pan-European role is highly advantageous.
