Our clients' have a vacancy for a Facilities Director to be based in their offices in London's West End.
The entry requirements for successful candidates include:
> NEBOSH
> Minimum 5 years FM experience
> Member of BIFM
> Similar role with a top 10 Managing Agent or Previous experience of senior level management of a facilities department within a large professional organisation
> Environment and Health and safety experience
Some of your responsibilities will include:
> Developing strategies for to ensure an innovative, efficient and top quality FM service is delivered in support of the overall business plan for Property Management
> National responsibility for Procurement and Health & Safety within Property Management.
> Ensuring delivery of a consistent level of service nationally through pro-active co-ordination with other Senior Property Management staff.
> Reviewing and updating Best Practice Procedures for delivery of FM services.
> Monitoring of team profitability and cost recharging.
> Business continuity planning.
> Involvement with tenders for new business.
> Preparation of quarterly management report and other reports as required.
