There is a vacancy for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to work within a Quantity Surveying team.

You will be required to provide a range services to assist the senior Surveyors in their daily activities including
> Feasibility studies
> Project estimates
> Preparation of bills of quantities
> Advice on procurement strategy
> Advice on contracts
> Preparation of tender documents
> Tender appraisal
> Post-contract administration
> Finalisation of projects

The qualifications and experience for successful candidates are:
> The candidate shall be numerate, have good communication skills, be presentable and have good time keeping
> The successful candidate will possess appropriate degree qualifications and be working towards APC.
> Experience of working in a company in the construction industry would be beneficial.
