They also specialise in mixed use, housing, leisure and employment developments, as well as prepare environmental impact assessments, undertake sustainability appraisals, negotiate conditions, planning obligations and appear at public inquiries.
Our client is seeking to recruit an Associate for their Economics Group. The successful candidate will be expected to be fully involved in all aspects of winning, undertaking and managing a wide range of projects. Projects are usually multidisciplinary and cover various aspects of economics consultancy. This requires an ability to bring your economic skills to bear to a wide variety of situations, to be able to work with colleagues in other technical disciplines and be a team player.
Applicants should have a solid proven background in Economics preferably within the Transport and Development fields. You will be expected to work through scheme appraisal, demand and revenue forecasting, policy analysis, economic development strategies, economic impact assessments, retail impacts along with a range of general transport and economic studies.
