Our client is a Construction and Property Consultant who provide a range of high quality services. They have over the last 25 years established themselves as one of the premier Construction Consultancies in the UK and have joined a Worldwide Group making them part of the third largest Construction and Property Consultancy group in Europe.

Our client is currently looking for a Director for the CDMC Team to be based from their Manchester or Leeds office. You will head up a team who work across a wide range of sectors on projects ranging from £100k to £200m predominantly in commercial developments, public new build, residential development, and hotel fit out schemes.

This role will involve extensive travel across the UK and you will work to develop new clients and to service the needs of existing clients on a number of prestigious developments, while managing the team at a strategic level.

Candidates should have construction, design consultancy experience, be qualified to NEBOSH Diploma level or equivalent and have a thorough knowledge of the application of the CDM (2007) Regulations. Membership with the Association of Project Safety (APS) is essential.
