Our clients' are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to join a Property asset Management team and to be based in London.

In this role you will operate on behalf of managing surveyors to provide a full range of FM facilities to our property portfolios located throughout the south of England.

It is the responsibility of the successful candidate to maintain the highest standard of housekeeping, presentation and facilities throughout the portfolio, undertake Health and Safety inspections, arrange and manage service contracts and supervise all onsite staff.

The ideal candidate will have sound and credible experience in a similar role, as well as experience in managing on site staff. You will be an effective communicator, punctual and have the flexibility to manage a mixed portfolio.
