Our client's need a Facillities Manager to take responsibility for the provision of facilities services on the portfolios and for areas of the same on the Berkeley Square Estate, specifically to include Health and Safety, all hard and soft services, cleaning, floral display, furniture and signage and management of the residential portfolio. This position will be based in London.
Successful candidates will be qualified accordingly:
• NEBOSH Qualified with a minimum of a National General Certificate.
• You will have a proven track record in the Facilities management of multiple sites, including control and forecasting of a Service Charge budgets.
• A natural communicator, able to negotiate and influence, you will possess demonstrable skills in the fostering of close, productive relationships with contractors and tenants.
• Ability to foster and maintain partnering arrangements with suppliers
• Experience of working in a regulated environment
• Must have worked within a multi site environment.
The Facilities Manager undertakes to comprehensively manage, plan and co-ordinate the physical and environmental conditions within multi-occupied buildings, industrial estates, and vacant properties within the management portfolio as designated. The Facilities Manager reports directly to the Head of Facilities Management.
