Their core skills include assessing the development potential of sites, submission and monitoring of planning applications, listed buildings and Conservation Area consents, certificates of lawfulness, enforcement of planning control and progressing matters through the appeals system.

They are looking for a Town Planner with Local Government Major Projects experience to assist them in delivering services to their clients, which span across all development sectors.
