My client is looking for a CDM Co-ordinator based in and around Luton. My client offers a comprehensive and flexible range of property services, tailored to meet the needs of both public and private sector clients across the UK. They operate in the sectors of education, housing, health, civic, leisure, commercial & residential working on a variety of projects both new build and refurbishments.

As a CDM Co ordinator you will have NEBOSH Diploma and NEBOSH Construction Certificate and be registered MAPS. If you have experience as a CDM but do not have the actual qualification my client is willing to train and put the appointed candidate through the qualification.

You will be advising clients on health & safety risk management and the co-ordination of design and planning. You will be involved in the preparation of reports and see each project through from start to finish.
