A leading multidisciplinary consultancy are currently seeking a business focused consultant to lead the development of their offices within the North of England. This role will form part of the Senior Management team for the organisation and will report to company directors.

The successful candidate will hold responsibility for:
- interfacing with Product line managers within the North to develop and market client relationships in order to grow the business and hit company sales targets,
- liaise with other regions and technical teams, within the UK and overseas, to achieve optimal deployment of company resources
- and ensuring functional line management and staff mentoring within the region.

Applicants for this role must hold the following attributes:
- Business development skills across a variety of environmental disciplines ideally within Environmental assessment, Landscape architecture and/or Environmental risk.
- The ability to drive change within a large business
- Comprehensive client facing skills
- Operational proficiency in business systems
- Proven line/people management skills
- High level project management abilities and experience of project delivery at the highest level

This role will be accompanied by a competitive salary and benefits package.
Ideally the successful candidate will be based from the organisation's Leeds office but other office locations will also be considered.
