UK's market leader in provision of energy cost management is looking for a experienced Supply Service Analyst to join their team.

The purpose of this role is to liaise with customers and utility suppliers on a daily basis keeping them up to date on any invoice queries they may have and or any energy supply issues. You will also be responsible for resolving any change of tenancy/ownership and gather billing information. Log all meter issues and ensure these are followed up with the metering providers.

You will also need to carry out invoice validation, run consumption and cost reports, enter paper utility bills onto schedules for delivery to customers, report to the account managers on the status on various services/clients.

For this role you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills. Be client and customer focus at all times have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and be confident in using and configuring other bespoke systems. Be a good team player and have Energy industry experience particularly in energy billing, purchasing, pricing or meter functions.
