A unique opportunity had emerged for an environmental scientist to assume responsibility for the development and implementation of effective environmental benchmarking and environmental performance across one of the UK's leading Energy companies.

Linked in to the potentially massive environmental footprint of the company this role will offer significant challenge to someone looking for a fresh opportunity to develop their own skills & subsequent career.
You will provide support and expertise to ensure environmental compliance & best practice at a number of sites.

Applicants should be educated to degree level or equivalent with proven experience of environmental management in an IPC/PPC regulated industry, including dealing with the environmental regulator and other relevant stakeholders. Commercially astute and politically aware with excellent written and verbal
communication skills. An auditing qualification/experience is highly desirable.
