Geotechnical professional

Our Prestigious Client has an attractive opening for a motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join and work with minimal supervision on a range of geotechnical projects that may require initiative and judgement based on sound knowledge and experience.

This role is essentially the management of geotechnical projects and preparation of geotechnical reports on those projects for Branch Manager review - Undertaking selected field investigations involving test pitting, borehole drilling, surface mapping, and logging and sampling.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent tertiary qualification. Good knowledge of geotechnical engineering and current industry best practices for investigation, testing, design and construction together with a working knowledge of geotechnical software applicable to the projects in hand is essential.
