Senior Consultant Facilities Manager

Our clients' are seeking an experienced Senior FM Consultant to join a Strategic Consultancy team and to be based in London.

They are looking for a person with particular expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering, and other technical areas to work with client in public and corporate sectors.

Main duties will include:
Taking responsibility for and leading projects and manage resources to the best effect. This will include high standards of client liaison, preparing job briefs and proposals, and managing Consulting projects.

Some other responsibilities for the successful candidate will include preparing specifications and conducting tender processes, evaluating tenders and establishing a business case with clients.

Educated to degree level, the right candidate will ideally possess and engineering background and be a Chartered Engineer or equivalent with demonstrable relevant experience of a number of the above tasks.

Membership of BIFM or RICS would be an advantage.
