Our clients' are looking for a Director / Associate Director of Physical Regeneration to grow and develop work in physical regeneration and renewal, land and property, and housing, but within a context which is strongly and creatively focused on economic development and social regeneration. This role should be based in Cambridge or Manchester but applicants interested in flexible work will be concidered too.

It is expected that the successful candidates will have clear capabilities in business planning, options and appraisal assessments, market and site analysis, grant and other funding advice - contributing to the development of spatial plans/physical regeneration frameworks and providing advice to public and private sector clients on innovative delivery arrangements.

The successful candidates are likely to have two core qualities. First, you will have nationally recognised expertise that will command respect from our clients. The scope of expertise that we are interested in is relatively broad, so we expect interest from people with a broad range of backgrounds – but whatever your background, you must be able to demonstrate depth of knowledge. Second, we are looking for people with the initiative, enthusiasm and ability to win new business for the firm in what is already a competitive marketplace.

You may not necessarily have previous consultancy experience, but you must have the skills to succeed in a consultancy environment.
