A Building Services Engineer (FM Engineering) is required by a top three international consultancy renowned for adding value to the construction and operation of built assets, as well as infrastructure and industrial projects.

The successful applicant is an ambitious individual with strong focus on service delivery.

The work includes the preparation of condition surveys and asset registers, the specification, procurement and management of asset planned maintenance, management of small works projects (up to £500k), feasibility studies, technical audits and defects analysis.

It is essential that you have previous demonstrable experience of a consultancy or contracting environment in a similar role.

Relevant qualifications ONC/HNC in mechanical or electrical engineering preferably qualified to degree level. Membership of CIBSE/IEE/BIFM would be advantageous.

The right candidate will be capable of working independently and having the ability to manage asset maintenance management projects from inception to completion; accepting Client briefings; development of technical specifications including service level agreements and key performance indicators, procurement of contract works, contract administration including mobilisation and performance monitoring and management of minor/ major works schemes.

Salary based on experience.
