Waste Management is a new and rapidly growing business area for this international environmental consulting company. Their environment team in Abu Dhabi is rapidly expanding and requires a Senior Waste Management consultant to complement their current capabilities. Their aim is to build the team into a first class waste management service provider with local expertise and global experience.

Current work includes Waste Strategy, Procurement and Contracts, Waste Audits, Feasibility Studies for waste facilities and treatment options and contribution to the waste sections of Environmental Impact Assessments and Construction Environmental Management Plans.

This is a senior role in the Middle East Waste team managing waste projects from bid to implementation stages, providing technical co-ordination and ensuring project performance. As such you will be responsible for managing waste bids, managing project financial performance, contributing to the technical input for multi-disciplinary bids etc.

Applicants must hold a relevant degree and MA/MSc degree from an accredited University and have extensive experience in undertaking waste technical assessments, waste strategy development and implementation in public and private sectors. Experience must have been gained, at least in part, working for a specialist waste/environmental consultancy.
