An opportunity for a Principal Civil Engineer to act as a focal point within the team based in South Wales. The consultancy in question is world-renowned and you will be working directly with the Water Team Leader to spearhead the group.

Your main responsibilities would include:

• Co-ordination of project work with multi-disciplinary teams

• Design Management of projects or bids

• Undertake Technical Reviews of relevant projects

• Act as a mentor to less experienced team members

• Act as a leader in the promotion of, and compliance with, quality, safety and environmental systems

• Play a key role in the development, promotion and implementation of company technical strategies

• Interface with Clients on project technical, commercial and progress matters

• Project reviews incorporating project financial, risk, technical and resource matters

The ideal background would include MCIWEM with extensive experience in the technical delivery of large multi-disciplinary projects in the water sector.
