Our client is the worlds leading supplier of Wind Energy, with over 35,000 wind turbines installed.

As 'Site Operations Manager' you will take overall responsibility for the operation and maintenance of a Wind Farm and Management of the Service Contract. You will have specialist technical knowledge of wind energy, experience in wind farm site management and possess line management capabilities.

Key responsibilities will be;

• Over all responsible for the onshore O&M facilities
• Budget and reporting
• Responsible for and development of the O&M team
• Responsible of the resources allocated to the site
• Day-to-day and long termed planning of work tasks.
• Ensure sufficient spare parts, stock and warehouse count at site
• Execution of scheduled service on time
• Responsible for implementation of CIM cases
• Develop and implement business plan for Site
• Obtainment of MTBI targets
• Optimisation of work procedures
• Monthly Reporting to Customer Service
• Participate in quarterly Site Board meetings
• Vessel coordination within the Wind farm area
• Daily reporting to customers
