Our clients require a Senior Town Planner to develop a new business stream in their Norfolk office, with workload demand from existing clients and also from developing into new business areas.

It is a very diverse role and could involve aspects of master planning, LDF, retail and commercial developments, infrastructure projects, energy and power, waste and minerals, economic development and urban regeneration, heritage and conservation.

A few responsibilities include the development and delivery of projects, supervision of junior staff and attending client meetings and identifying/developing new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be familiar with all aspects of town planning and in the development and delivery of projects. You should be a degree qualified or equivalent in Town Planning or other relevant subject, have significant demonstrable experience in industry, previous team leading experience, project management experience and the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
