This is an exciting opportunity to join a well reputed and successful multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong environmental arm. You will have the strength of character to provide technical leadership to the environmental direction. The successful individual will get involved with leading, training and developing team members particularly in the EIA/SEA division. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other Technical Managers and Technical Directors in the Environmental Solutions team and liaise with other sectors/offices to ensure a high quality, consistent approach to technical outputs and client management.

Key Responsibilities include:
Generation of new and repeat business.
Leadership, motivation and development of staff to improve their technical performance and achieve their potential.
Identification and implementation of business improvement opportunities.
Delivery of a high quality service to the satisfaction of clients.
