Our client is one of the worlds largest project and cost management consultancies and have a flexible and multi-disciplinary approach enables them to provide an independent service in three keys areas; consulting, project management and commercial services.

They are now recruiting for an experienced Sustainability & Energy Consultant to join their growing team.

Responsibilities will include Energy/carbon consumption modelling, Energy Performance Certificates, Environmental assessment (BREEM LEED or similar), Life Cycle assessment and resource efficiency, understanding clients business drivers, understanding of alternative methods of project procurement and sustainability repercussions and have awareness of life cycle costing, rick management and maintenance costs.

To apply for this position you will have experience within the construction industry and have knowledge/experience in the following areas delivering building related energy or environmental services. Energy efficiency / carbon issues, renewable energy, sustainability metrics, environmental performance targeting, environmental impact of construction materials.
