Our client is looking is looking for an experience Evaluation Manager to cover maternity leave for 9 months, with a possibility of the contract extending.

The purpose of this role is to develop and manage the evaluation activities in the field of sustainable energy relating to energy efficiency, renewable energy and transport activities to enable informed decision making by Delivery, Customer Insight, Development and Strategy teams, the Executive and hinders based on independent evidence of the impact of EST Programmes and activities, identifying emission savings and recommendations for programme improvement.

You will be used to dealing with analytical, numerical and spreadsheets. Have the ability to be impartial and have an objective viewpoint, be knowledgeable in evaluation techniques, sustainable technologies, vehicle emissions and associated testing procedures. Be up to date on Government policy regarding sustainable energy and climate change.

You will be experience in project and programme management which will include budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Have the ability to work effectively and build relationships with people at different levels and different areas of expertise.

You will also be Degree or equivalent professional equivalent qualification in a scientific or analytical discipline.
