A specialist consultancy is looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their team of Ecologists based in the South West or Yorkshire. The right candidate will be enthusiastic, experienced, motivated with a sound knowledge of bat species identification and bat ecology. You will have a minimum of one year experience carrying out surveys with a bat detector. Your experience will include:
• Experience of surveying roost sites
• A degree in an appropriate ecology or environmental science discipline
• At least one year’s experience of applying ecological principles to a range of projects.
• Driving licence
• Computer skills, including Office software

It would be an advantage to have an English Nature Bat licence or be working towards one. An excellent opportunity to specialise in bat ecology.
