My client is a leading national consultancy currently involved in some of the highest profile regeneration schemes in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, planners, economists, development surveyors, regeneration consultants and urban designers, working with a mix of public and private sector clients taking projects from inception to delivery.

The purpose of the position is to enhance the capacity and ability of the existing team to develop and co-ordinated urban regeneration and planning & development in London.

The post holder will be expected to drive forward the development of spatial strategies, evidence based technical studies and related regeneration business as a key component in the skills mix of the London Regeneration Team. The business requires impetus in the shape of a senior, leading figure to provide a strong external and internal conduit for business development and the necessary technical skill and thought for leadership.
