Our clients' are looking for Senior Consultant / Consultant in their Housing Growth or Regeneration sector to be based in their offices in London.

The successful candidate will be a planning and development professional who has expertise in policy, planning and delivery for major housing growth in the public or private sectors.

Work will include planning and policy work on housing growth projects, including analytical studies for clients at regional, sub-regional and local level, and advice to clients on strategy and delivery for major development proposals.

You must be able to demonstrate strong numeracy, communication, written and analytical skills.

MRTPI and/or MRICS planning and development qualified and able to demonstrate a good understanding of the planning system, of housing policy, and the economics of development, particularly in the residential sector.
