Do you have a highly developed understanding of sustainable and de-centralised energy solutions and the ability to identify create and develop appropriate business proposals? If so you will be ideal for this exciting new role that has arisen with one of the worlds leading and successful energy companies.This role supports the Head of Esoc Developments within the business' Sustainable Solutions and will require the establishment of relationships within the London ESCo as well as increased developments outside of London. You will lead the relationship development aspects of the ESCo Prospect and Project Pipelines to meet company expectations. This role requires a good understanding of the technologies that can be employed in sustainable and DE-centralised energy solutions and the ability to assist the evaluation of technically diverse commercially viable projects. You will have the experience and confidence to represent the company at a senior level with external stakeholders and other partners in ESCO ventures. You will have several years experience of business development, marketing and project management initiation self-motivation and able to work within and motivate a small team, be a good communicator with flexibility and have an adaptable approach to problem solving.Therefore we would like to hear from you if you have:- Full understanding of CHP and its application in the urban environment
Ideally a Chartered Building Services Engineer with knowledge of sustainable technologies
Detailed understanding of the Electricity Industry Regulatory framework and exemption
Desirable to have a back ground in Environmental Management and/or Renewable Energy
Experience of multi-disciplinary projects and ability to engage with Senior Partners at Multi- disciplinary consultancy practices.
Well developed all round communication & presentation skills
Experience of stakeholder management with outside agencies and Government
Numerate with ability to analyse complex situations and produce development plans
Ability to manage a small direct team and integrate with resources from other sources.
Ability to devise a Business Case and develop Business Plans.
