Our clients' are looking for a Planner or Urban Designer to establish and build a development planning team in their Leeds office.

Alongside providing planning expertise to colleagues in other disciplines, they will be expected to win and manage their own caseload of work.

Projects are likely to include greenfield and brownfield planning applications, LDF representations, area action plans and masterplans, consultation and research based projects.

Our preferred candidate will be self-motivated, forward thinking and communicative.

Previous consultancy experience and RTPI membership are essential, as are proven track records in business development and financial management.

Experience in leading projects and managing staff is important and the candidate must have excellent written and presentation skills.
