Our client, one of the UK’s leading energy efficiency programme management companies, requires a professional individual to to provide a telesales and client management function for their SmartHeat team. As such, you will work in co-ordination and co-operation with the team in order to fulfil team and individual objectives.

Your main responsbilities will include;

- Provision of a sales function for the team, meeting agreed client acquisition targets
- Undertaking internet and telephone research to facilitate client acquisition
- Keeping accurate records of communication with clients and progress of installations using our client management system and Access database
- Reporting on sales progress at regular team or sales meetings and actively participating in these meetings and liaising effectively with all members of your team and especially your manager
- Providing a secondary cross- selling function to other areas of the company.

You will ideally have a background working in a customer service or sales role, and have good numeracy and analytical skills. You will also be well organised, with an eye for detail and a methodical approach to work. You will also have an ability to be flexible, creative and to use your initiative in order to get things done and meet targets. A degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and a background working as a team leader are also desirable.
