Our client is a leading investment banking group specialising in the investment opportunities created by the low carbon economy. A role has arisen within the specialist corporate finance and M&A team that provides financial, strategic and policy advice to a number of key Clean Tech markets.

Realising a strong link between finance and policy, applicants will be welcome from those who can get immediately involved in transactions, working at all stages of the deal process from assisting with the preparation of pitches to clients, through to execution and closure of the deal.

You will be responsible for financial modelling, research and data analysis; Day-to-day flow of information to clients as well as strategic and policy analysis. Ideally multi-lingual, you should either be newly qualified Chartered Accountant or be competent of working within corporate finance gained at a reputable Investment Bank or Boutique.
