Fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate Carbon expert. Our client is already a market leader in providing Green Energy, they are going beyond regulated carbon reduction measures and engaging customers to meet emission reductions through voluntary carbon markets.

As Manager you will be required to liaise with the appropriate departments across the company and contribute to the growth of the Australian voluntary carbon market. Key responsibilities will also include the identification, development and overseeing the implementation of new ways and processes to build the company's carbon capability, as well as assist in the implementation of their voluntary carbon strategies to help meet their own voluntary carbon targets.

The successful candidate will oversee our client's Carbon Reduction Scheme, and build on current carbon reduction activities to help reduce carbon emissions beyond regulation.

You will ideally have in depth knowledge and experience of carbon markets. Knowledge of the Australian and international Energy industry and climate change policy is essential. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential as is the ability to work on your own initiative.
