Our client is a UK’s leading consultancy that supports organisations in meeting their sustainable building, carbon management and greenhouse gas commitments working with blue chip clients both in the UK and overseas. Their specialist Carbon Management company is looking to appoint a Principal Engineer to support the continued expansion of services in this highly dynamic and rapidly growing market.

As the ideal candidate you will be an enthusiastic individual providing advice on low carbon solutions for the built environment including renewables. You are likely to have a mechanical and electrical engineering background and be a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, with experience of building services in the domestic and commercial sectors. You will work on low carbon solutions throughout an organisation’s structure, and at the forefront of the team’s development.

You will be an excellent communicator with strong technical and business development capabilities with proven experience in personnel management. Experience with SBEM and EPC requirements and awareness of BREEAM Industrial or retail also considered beneficial.
