Our clients' require Economic Development Consultants to be based in their expanding offices in London and Manchester.

This role will involve working for both public and private sector clients in interpreting how economic enterprise, social needs and opportunities influence strategic development activity. You will need knowledge of the barriers to economic prosperity and an understanding of the factors causing deprivation as well as an understanding of the property development process within the context of regeneration, across commercial and residential markets.

You will ideally have post graduate degree in Economics or an Economic Development related subject and have experience within economic impact/appraisal/strategy work is desirable as is an understanding of the property industry. Consultancy experience desirable.

Looking at all levels - Graduates with Post Graduate degrees will only be considered for Manchester.

Successful candidates will be subject to very generous remuneration packages.
