With currently over 30,000 dwellings registered for EcoHomes assessments prior to March 2010, our client is in need for a person to work in the South East. Within this position you will be advising key clients on how they deliver the carbon zero agenda, undertaking Sustainability Assessments for EcoHomes, Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM.

The post holder will also be responsible for liaising with and developing relationships with key clients to obtain repeat business and cross sell additional services to them. You will ensure assessments are produced to a robust standard, sufficient to satisfy the appropriate regulators and recommend ways the client's scores could be improved in as cost effective a manner as possible.

It is anticipated that the chosen candidate will have passed a BRE Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) course and be a fully qualified and registered assessor for CSH. The job holder should also be a qualified BREEAM assessor.

You will have a working knowledge of UK/EU legislation with regard to sustainable design and construction, as well as wider environmental disciplines such as EIA, ecology and contaminated land. They will also have good communication and report writing skills, and be able to work as a member of a team.
