An innovative logistics provider with strong corporate culture is looking to appoint a Corporate Social Responsibility Co-ordinator to support the management of their CR department.
You will report to the Head of CSR, H&S and HR Policy.
You will:
Support the site/divisional CSR forums to identify and understand their specific social, environmental and governance risks and to prioritise actions to address these risks
Produce CSR reports
Keep abreast of all new developments within the CSR sphere
Increases the level of understanding of all aspects of CSR (Workplace, Marketplace, Environment and Community) and the commercial benefits through the Company via the provision of suitable training and information
Help create effective CSR Forums throughout the business and facilitating social and environmental continuous improvement via Site and Divisional CSR forums
Utilise the Company values effectively and lead and coach teams to achieve CSR excellence via their specific tools and techniques
Monitor and benchmark CSR measures from around the Group to produce meaningful data on:
Community, Marketplace, Workplace and Environment.
Qualifications And Experience:
Technical or Science related degree (or equivalent) preferable but not essential
Experience in data management reporting systems
Deep understanding of the Environment and socioeconomic agenda, either through qualifications or experience
Knowledge of the CR world
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High level numeracy & literacy skills
Comfortable & experienced in working with and interpreting stats
