Our client is seeking an Associate Director to deliver and manage projects within their Energy Advisory Team. The key deliverables in the role of Associate Director will be: to deliver individual consultancy projects
to manage consultancy assignments, both individually and via the team from inception to completion
the management of around eight to ten consultants in terms of report technical content, delivery of consultancy objectives and accuracy of recommendations.
delivery of individual and devolved projects within time and to budget. We expect the successful candidate to have: the ability to manage the diversity of the function, consisting of various parties and projects
attention to detail
the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively both internally and externally at a senior level
ideally the candidate will have Chartered Engineer status or be seeking itThe candidate will have a background in energy, sustainability, carbon reduction, carbon mechanisms (e.g. EU ETS) and/or other associated topics. The role is home or office based as appropriate and includes travel within the UK.
