Due to rapid expansion of the Offshore Wind projects team our client, a leading renewable energy provider, is seeking experienced project engineers, to provide support to project and construction managers, on all aspects of offshore wind farm design and construction.

This is a varied role with responsibility for a wide range of activities. This will include, as part of the team, management of contracts ranging up to £800m for the supply and installation of turbines, foundations and electrical systems.

You will be involved in the development of technical specifications, assessment of tenders and contractor competence; design reviews and reviewing the impact of scope changes.

Experience working on large construction projects is essential as is a qualification in an engineering discipline. You will have excellent communication skills and have a good knowledge of the principles of project management. A background working for oil and gas or power companies or general engineering companies is a distinct advantage.
