Commercial role with a force in Property Compliance, responsible for drawing together Operations and Sales aspects of Energy Assessment/Management services. With full Board-level support this role will further existing contracts with some of the biggest corporate names in UK, developing EPC/DEC, energy procurement/management, and potentially wider energy/carbon consulting services, that exceed client expectations and establishes the team as the recognised market leader.

This role will challenge you:
Technically: In the co-ordination of EPC projects and provision of technical guidance/reporting
Managerially: To recruit, manage and lead a team of field engineers – ensuring appropriate training and re-training.
Operationally: Formalise quality-driven processes and procedures. Develop integrated hand-held data capture solution with direct interface into SBEM. Develop EPC report format and recommendations to integrate into Property Compliance Platform. Build on existing service concepts to value-add proposition with other property and compliance services. Develop other associated Energy services.
Commercially: Negotiate volume discounts for lodgement and accreditation charges. Build a network of industry contacts including partners for remedial actions. Monitor and report on competitor developments. Develop and integrate an Energy Team including marketing plan for a Carbon Action Team.

The right candidate must demonstrate a strong commercial background in the development of these products/services and ability to successfully lead, manage and grow a dedicated team of experts.
