A COTC would be advantageous, and would have the opportunity to ensure all operations were as efficient and effective as possible with the added challenge of driving the business forward.

The Ideal candidate will come from a waste operations and managerial position, with the ability to motivate a small team and would relish the chance to improve the business performance.
